- Mechanical and impact testing
- Product design & prototyping
Capabilities & Equipment
We offer one of the broadest ranges of AM platforms available in academia, spanning polymer, composite, powder, resin, and metal-based approaches.
Core Systems
- nScrypt Tabletop – Dual-head multi-material printer, ideal for combining thermoplastics/thermosets with printed circuitry.
- nScrypt 3Dn 300 – Quad-head printing with micro-milling, drilling, polishing, and laser scanning capabilities.
- nScrypt SuperScrypt – 6-axis multi-material system with additive, subtractive, and composite fabrication options.
- Roboze Argo 500 – High-temperature thermoplastic and composite printing (up to 500°C).
Additional Tools
- Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) – 12+ systems, from benchtop to industrial scale.
- Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) – Sharebot SnowWhite with 14W CO₂ laser for engineering-grade powders.
- Powder Drop-on-Demand – Exclusive to UD; enables RF functionality in composites.
- Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing (UAM) – Fabrisonic system for bonding dissimilar metals.
- Hyrel 3D 30M – Tri-head platform for experimenting with novel feedstocks.
- Carbon M2 (Digital Light Synthesis) – High-resolution stereolithography with excellent surface finish.
