  1. Today you have learned the basics of the new CMAP program at UD- CCM.
  2. Feel free to modify the laminates in this tutorial by incorporating more materials, a more complex stacking sequence, bi-axial thermal or bending loads to see how powerful CMAP is at design and analysis.
  3. There are many more features which include micromechanics, back calculation parametric modeling, progressive failure analysis and 3 or 4 point bend analysis which has not been covered in this presentation.
  4. These features are covered in detail in the CMAP User Guide Part 2 which will soon be made available online.
