Interface for Thin Plate Model:

The thin plate model has two tables on the right, the geometry and conditions table and the loading table. Currently the geometry and conditions table is not utilized in the solver. In the loading section the loads are X, and Y in-plane as well as X-Y shear loading and bending in both the X and Y directions. A constant delta T and delta moisture content can also be applied to the model to observe both mechanical and thermal stresses.

Once an input is selected, the slider bar on the bottom right can be used to see the effect of loading on the laminate response.

You can also right click the input table to save the data to the clipboard or load directly into Microsoft Excel©
